chore: 클로드 관련 파일 git 추적 제외
CLAUDE.md와 .claude/ 를 로컬 전용으로 전환한다 (edupay-app 관례와 동일).
스캐폴드 AGENTS.md 는 삭제하고, 그 지시("코딩 전 node_modules/next/dist/docs/
읽기")는 CLAUDE.md 상단 "코딩 전 필독" 절로 흡수했다.
