fix: 콘텐츠 수정에 cntntsType을 싣는다

수정 SQL이 CNTNTS_TYPE을 조건 없이 덮는데 등록에만 싣고 있었다. 빼고 보내면 종류가
NULL이 되어, 컬럼이 NOT NULL이면 500이고 아니면 목록에서 사라진다.
