feat: 금융OX퀴즈에서 키워드 제거

기획에서 빠진 항목이다. 폼 칸, 값 타입, 검증, 액션의 폼 읽기, 목록의 키워드 열,
검색 대상까지 함께 걷어낸다. 쇼츠·만화의 키워드는 그대로다.

QUIZ_TITLE은 지우지 않는다 — 키워드를 담던 칸이지만 수정 SQL이
`QUIZ_TITLE = #{quizTitle}`로 무조건 덮어써서 안 보내면 값이 지워진다. 조회해 온
값을 hidden으로 실어 그대로 돌려보낸다(quizPoint와 같은 처리).
