feat: 가맹몰 상세 목록에서 상세가 없는 행의 [수정]을 [생성]으로 보인다

가는 곳은 같다(그 가맹점의 상세 화면) — 상세가 없으면 거기서 처음 만들므로 버튼 이름을 맞춘다(사용자 요청).
